Refund Policy – The Basics

Since we sell physical books, refunds are generally not applicable once the order has been shipped or delivered. However, we do offer product exchange in specific situations, such as damaged or defective items.

 

Our goal is to ensure that customers receive their books in good condition and are satisfied with their purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

To process the request, you may be asked to provide:

 

  • Order details

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Proof of purchase

 

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same book.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items. The product must be in its original condition and reported within the specified time period.

 

We do not offer exchanges for:

 

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong book

  • Used or damaged items caused after delivery

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for book purchases. In rare situations where a replacement cannot be arranged, we may issue a refund after reviewing the case.

 

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.
